1. Pool depth: 3 1/2 feet.
2. Riders need to be 42" or taller to ride.
3. Single tubes, Double Whirly Wheel tubes, and Cloverleaf tubes only, no tandem riding. One rider per seat.
4. Please hold on to tube handles for the duration of the ride.
5. Only guests wearing suitable swimming attire may ride.
6. Footwear is not to be worn while riding.
7. Pregnant women, guests with heart conditions or respiratory problems, guests with neck or back problems, guests exceeding 250 lbs., and guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs should not ride attraction.

Section 1711.551 of Revised Ohio State Code requires that riders must obey all warnings and directions regarding attractions and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others.
